摘    要:提出了一种采用非线性互补方法求解最优潮流的情况下,利用合作博弈理论的Shapley值法,在电网中各参与者之间合理公正分配输电网的固定成本的方法.这种方法克服了诸如贴邮法、兆瓦英里法这些传统方法的缺点.其结果给合作博弈中的参与者提供了合适的经济信号,以促进对传输设备利用的优化.计算结果显示这种方法是一种合理的客观公正的定价策略.

Abstract:An approach of allocating fixed transmission cost to the participants in the electric power system by the Shapley value of cooperative game theory based on a nonlinear complementarity method for solving optimal power flow problems is presented in this paper. This approach is fair and desirable. The solution overcomes the drawbacks of conventionally used methods such as postage-stamp method and MW-miles method. The allocation results also provide appropriate economic signals to the players in the game to encourage economically optimal usage of the transmission facilities. Numerical results (illustrate) that the allocation solution is a reasonable and fair pricing strategy.
