己内酰胺与酰氯和酸酐反应的研究

摘    要:己内酰胺在碱性介质中与酰氯反应,生成 N—酰基取代己内酰胺,后者也可以用相应的酸酐与己内酰胺在加热条件下制得。己内酰胺与等摩尔的邻苯二甲酰氯在碱性介质中的反应产物经水解后,和己内酰胺与等摩尔的邻苯二甲酸酐在加热条件下制得的产物不同。本文应用有机合成法并侧重用近代波谱解析阐明上述各步反应中的产物分子结构,澄清了文献中的分岐,合成了一些新化合物,提出上述有关反应的机理。

Abstract:Caprolactam reacted with acid chloride in basic medium to yield N-acyl caprolactam to replace itself.The latter may be also prepared with corresponding acid anhydride and caprolactam in heating.The hydrolytic product of the acyl derivative which was prepared by caprolactam reacted with equimolar phthaloyl chloride in basic medium was different from the compound which was prepared by caprolactam reacted with equimolar phthalic anhydride in heating.In this article,we applied modern spectroscopic analysis rather than or- ganic synthesis method to elucidate the correct structure of those products in above-men- tioned reactions,thus clarifying the divergence of views in literature.Some new compounds were formed through synthesis method and the mechanism of above rections was put forward.
