| 摘 要： | 文章主要结合会理县实际，分析了当前基层农技推广体系存在的主要问题：人员结构不合理，从业人员生活、工作环境差等。并提出加强乡村服务站建设，扩大服务领域，充分发挥基层农技推广服务体系的作用等相应对策。

| Abstract: | Combining with the reality of Huili County, this thesis analyzes the main problems existing in present basle agro-teehnieal extension system, such as the irrational personnel structure, poor living and working environment. This paper also puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to strengthen rural service station construction, to expand service areas, and to give full play to the basic agro-teehnieal extension services system. |
