杉木微波干燥工艺的研究

摘    要:通过杉木微波干燥实验,探索干燥工艺.测定并分析了微波腔内的场强分布情况,为实验提供了可靠的依据.并测定了不同尺寸、不同初始含水率杉木干燥过程的温度、干燥速率和含水率的变化规律.从实验上证实了"体热源"一旦转变成"正热源",干燥速率显著提高,含水率梯度和温度梯度方向相反.

Abstract:Explore the technics of drying by the experiments of Cunninghamia lanceolata microwave dry- ing.Firstly,the distributing of electric field intensity was determined and analyzed in the microwave chest, It afforded reliable date for the next experiments.Secondly,the changing regularity of temperature,drying velocity,moisture content of wood was determined at different size and different initial moisture content.Fi- nally,it proved by experiments that so long as the"proportion heat resource"was changed into"positive heat resource",the drying velocity was obviously improved,the direction of moisture gradient is contrary to temperature gradient.
