双杠“希利夸尔”的生物力学分析

摘    要:双杠“支撑后摆经倒立前翻一臂支撑转体360°成支撑”,是由美国运动员希利夸尔创造的。在男子国际体操评分规则中简称为“希利夸尔”被定为D组难度。具有勇敢性和独特性加分因素,己为国内外体操名将所采用,并取得了优异的成绩。而我国运动员不仅选用该动作的人数很少,完成动作的难度被贬值,而且连接动作简单,质量不高。本文以我国体操名将童非做为研究对象,对其在第五届全运会上完成的动作进行定点拍摄,对该动作的技术做生物力学分析。同时观察优秀运动员的训练比赛,访问有经验的教练员和科研人员,阅读国内外有关文献资料,阐明该动作的技术原理,为运动训练提供理论依据。

Abstract:The element of Backward swing in support to handstand, turn over forward with 1/1 turn around longitudinal axis of body in support one arm to support”on bars was first invented by an american gymnast, Healy Twirl, It is called“Healy Twirl” for short, regarded as a“D”value Part and has“C”and“O” factors to increase the Point in man's international gymnastics code of points. This movement has already been adopted by gy—mnasts at home and aboard, In our country, however, the number of gymnast who uses this element isn't many, and it often is devalued and the executiom is poor. Also the connecting Ports are simple. In this paper we take the gymnastic star Tung Fei of our country as an abject of study, We filmed the“Healy Twirl” performed by him with a fixed position at 5th National Sports Meeting, then made a biomechanical analysis for the technique of the element. Besides we observed the elite gymnasts'training and games interviewed the expert coachers and reseachers, read the relational literature and material of home and aboard, and then further expounded the technical principle of the“Healy Twirl” to provide the theoretical basis for training.
