光纤光谱技术在炸药爆温测量中的应用

摘    要:研究爆轰反应过程中的光谱时间响应特性并测量爆温。通过将光纤引入到炸药中心,用PIN快速响应探测器采集光信号并将光信号转换成电信号后用示波器记录,以研究爆轰反应过程的光谱时间响应特性;再用光学多通道分析仪(OMA)采集信号,并用经典普朗克公式进行拟合得到炸药的爆温值。通过引入光纤及OMA系统采集信号,避免了复杂的同步工作,克服了传统光谱爆温技术的局限。

Abstract:Temporal response in the emission spectrum of detonation processes and the measurement of detonation temperature is studied. With an optical fiber implanted in the explosive, optical signals are collected by PIN fast response detector and input into the oscilloscope for analysis. Optical signals are then collected by OMA and fitted with the Planck blackbody fomula to obtain the detonation temperature. The use of optical fiber and OMA system in the collection of optical signals obviates complex steps in synchronization and the limitations of conventional methods are overcome.
