| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等方法，从素材性资源和条件性资源两方面，就江西省、湖南省高校体育教师的思想资源状况、经验资源状况、结构及需求状况、开发利用状况进行了调查分析，并结合高校新课程改革的需要，提出加强教师课程编制设计能力的培训，突出教学中的动态性和探究性，建立教师激励机制和实行“校本”培训模式等方面的建议。

| Abstract: | PE teachers' thought resource,experience resources,the structure and demand and the develop-ment condition in university of Jiangxi and Hunan are investigated and analyzed from the aspects of mate-rial resources and condition resources using the document data method,the expert interview method and the questionnaire method.Several suggestions are brought forward that to strengthen the training of the teachers to improve their curriculum design ability,to stand out teachers' dynamic character,to establish the drive mechanism for the teachers,to implement "the collated and corrected copy" and so on. |
