Research on the Model of Optimization of Multiobjective Allocation of Water Resources in Large Valleys

Using the method of multiobjective programming,the model of optimization of multiobjec- tire allocation of water resources in large valleys is established,and the model is solved with the method of large-system hierarchical dynamic Programming.The model provides a new way to coordi- nate the conflicts among various sectors of the national economy in the utilization of water resources. It is possible to remove the obstacle arising from the great number of dimensions by using the hierarchi- cal dynamic programming algorithm.The example of the Yellow River basin has proved that the mod- el can give the non-poor solution set about the benefits and water storage.The example also shows that the modle and algorithm presented are effective and practical.
