基于Web的网上招聘管理信息系统

论文介绍了如何用J2EE的各项技术、Tomcat服务器和SQLServer 2000数据库实现三 层结构的管理信息系统．所运用的J2EE技术主要有JSP、JavaBean、Selvlet、JavaMail和JDBC 等．用JavaBean实现作为中间层连接客户端和后台的数据库．以五邑大学人力资源处实用的 《五邑大学网上招聘系统》开发过程作为主要研究对象．该系统从可行性研究到需求分析,再 到数据设计和编程实现,最后到单元测试、综合测试和验收测试都严格按照软件工程的开发标 准进行．

MIS of Recruiting on the Internet Based on Web

This paper introduces the method of using different kinds of J2EE's techniques, the Tomcat server and the SQL Server 2000 database to achieve a Management Information System in a three-layer structure, in which applied J2EE techniques mainly include JSP, JaveBean, Selvlet, JavaMail, and JDBC, etc. JavaBean is used as the middle layer to link the user end and the backstage database. The paper takes the whole development process of the WYU Internet Recruitment System used by the Human Resources Dep. of WYU as the major study object. The development of this system, from the feasibility study to demand analysis, then to data design and programming realization, finally, to the unit test, to the synthesis test as well as the acceptability test has been carried through strictly according to the standards for developing software programs.
