摘    要:构建了住宅小区宜居性评价的指标体系即生态环境、社会经济、文化服务3个一级指标、10个二级指标和68个三级指标.采用层次分析法,确定了指标的权重系统,选择模糊数学法作为评价方法.以沈阳市铁西区黎明小区为研究对象,采用居民问卷调查统计数据,进行了住宅小区宜居性的分析评价.结果表明,该小区宜居指数为2.69,宜居程度一般,其中环境质量、公众健康与生活便利得分较高,而景观设计、经济水平、文化建设与服务管理满意度较低.这与其宜居性客观水平基本一致,并针对该小区景观设计、文化建设及服务管理方面所存在的问题提出对策与建议.

Abstract:A residential livability evaluation system was established with three subsystems,including environment, society economy, culture service, and other ten second-level indicators and sixty-eight third61evel indicators. The weights of indicators were determined by AHP, and fuzzy mathematics was as assessment method. The satisfaction analysis and assessment of residence livability was carried out with residents' survey statistical data of Dawn residence in Shenyang city. Livable Index is 2.69 (general level), and the scores of environment quality, public health, and living acilities were higher, while the satisfaction of landscape design, economic level, cultural construction and service management was lower. The assessment is identical with the real residence livability, and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward according to the problems in the building of residence livability.
