原子吸收光谱法测PM2.5中的镉和铅

摘    要:论述了大气污染中PM2.5颗粒物的危害,通过筛选样品采用了HNO3+H2O2+HF消解体系,建立了测定PM2.5中镉、铅的原子吸收光谱法.测试结果表明,Cd和Pb两种金属的检出限分别为0.00601μg/L、0.0600μg/L;线性相关系数R〉0.999,线性关系良好;RSD≤2.1%,仪器精密度良好;实际样品加标回收率Cd为91.4%,Pb为86.0%.该方法简单、方便、可靠,测试成本较低,适合测定PM2.5中的镉、铅.

Abstract:The hazards of particulate matter PM2. 5 in air pollution are discussed. The sample was dissolved by microwave digestion with HNO3-/-H2O2 +HF, and then atomic absorption spectrometry was used for determining the elements. The results indicate that the detection limits of cadmium and plumbum were 0. 006 0 μg/L and 0. 060 0μg/L, the linear relationship (R〉0. 999) and precision (RSD≤2. 1%) was well, the recovery rate of cadmium and plumbum was 91. 4% and 86%, respectively. This method is simple, convenient, reliable and low test cost, and it can be used for determining cadmium and plumbum in PM2. 5.
