摘    要:目的:建立西洋参药材根中12种农药残留的分离测定方法.方法:采用气相色谱法,HP-608弹性石英毛细管柱,ECD检测器,柱温起始温度150℃,以5℃/min速度升温,至230℃,保温5min;进样器温度240℃,检测器温度250℃,载气为高纯氮,柱流速20mL/min,层吹流速40mL/min,用外标法计算农药残留的含量.结果:12种农药的峰面积和质量浓度(mg/L)在测定范围内均具有良好的线性关系,精密度良好,平均回收率为94.1%~99.4%.结论:所用方法简单准确,灵敏度高,适用于西洋参药材根中12种农药残留含量的同时测定.

Abstract:Objective: To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of twelve pesticide residue in the root of American ginseng. Methods: Pesticide residue in the root of American ginseng was determined by direct injection on a HP-608 elastic quartz capillary column with a ECD detector. The initial temperature of the column was 150 ℃ ,with the increase rate of 5 ℃/min to 230 ℃ (maintaining for 5 min). The temperature of injection was 24-0 ℃, the temperature of the detector was 250 ℃, the carrier gas was nitrogen gas and the rate was 20 mL/min, layer blown flow rate was 40 mL/min. The content of pesticide residues were calculated by external standard method. Results: The mass concentration and the peak area of twelve pesticide residues showed good linearity and specific, the precision was good and the average recoveries were 94. 1%-99. 4%. Condusion: The methods is simple, accurate and sensitive, this method can be used for detection of the twelve pesticide residues in the root of American Ginseng.
