工程车辆油气悬架非线性特性的建模与仿真研究

摘    要:建立了某型工程车辆油气悬架的非线性数学模型,集中讨论了它的非线性刚度特性和非线性阻尼特性,特别在阻尼力建模过程中,根据实际节流孔道形状,应用海根一波斯勒公式,推导并建立了长通孔紊流的阻尼力模型,并对仿真结果进行了分析,验证了模型的有效性;此外,根据对油气悬架静刚度特性试验与仿真结果的对比分析,验证了所建立模型的正确性。在此基础上对油气悬架的多个物理参数,特别是初始充气压力变化对刚度的影响作了进一步的分析和讨论。

Abstract:It is focused on the stiffness and damping characteristics of a certain hydropneumatic suspension for a kind of engineering vehicles. In special, the damping force of long circular restriction is derived by applying Blasius formula according to the practical drill way in the damping metallic plate. By setting up its non-linear mathematical model, experimental results and simulation analysis are compared, which have proven that the mathematical model is proper. The further analysis has been done through parameter variations affecting system performance on the basis of the proven mathematical model.
