高温高应变率扭-拉复合加载下铁基记忆合金的本构关系

摘    要:利用高应变率扭 -拉复合加载的分离式霍布金森杆装置 ,对 2 0℃和 50 0℃下铁基形状记忆合金高应变率扭 -拉复合加载下的本构关系进行实验研究 .结果表明 ,高应变率扭 -拉复合加载下铁基形状记忆合金的强度和延伸率均随温度的升高而降低 ;扭转和拉伸之间存在相互耦合作用 ,并随温度的升高而减小

Abstract:With a split Hopkinson torsion tension combination bar apparatus, the constitutive relation of Fe base shape memory alloy was experimentally studied at different temperatures. The results indicate that (1) its strength and ductility decrease with rising temperature under torsion|tension at a high strain rate; and (2) there is a interaction between torsion and tension, which descends as temperature rises.
