茶水中微量元素Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn的初级形态分析

摘    要:本文以发射光谱溶液干渣法为测定方法,对茶水的初级形态进行了分离和测定。将茶叶经三次浸泡制得茶水和残渣,茶水经0.45um滤膜过滤得到可溶态和颗粒物等初级形态,测定其中的Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn,计算有关的形态分析参数并作了讨论,获得了茶水中上述元素形态的丰富信息。

Abstract:The tea leaves are immersed three times to make tea aqveous. Then the 0.45um menbrane isused to separate the dissolved and particle speciation. The primary species including the crude tealeaves;the first,the second and third aqveous and residve, the dissolved and particle matters intotal aqveous are obtained.Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn in these species are determined by AES.The primaryspeciation analysis parameters are calculated and the results are discussed in this paper
