| 摘 要： | 运用图表测量法、文献资料法,从运动人体解剖学、运动生物力学角度对铅球左侧支撑动作技术进行分析,探讨左侧支撑对提高运动成绩的积极因素,从而进一步阐明左侧支撑在铅球最后用力中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | By means of chart survey,documentation and from the aspect of human anatomy and biomechanics,this paper,by analyzing left-supporting skill in shot put,tries to find out some positive factors to make improvement of shot put result so as to further expound the important role left-supporting skill plays in the final put of shot put. |
