| 摘 要： | 阐述了邻接权的概念及其法律特征,分析了邻接权和相关权益.提出期刊出版者应提高编辑法律意识,规范出版行为,采取技术措施防止他人对其作品的非法使用,并与用户签订许可使用合同.同时,相关部门应建立系统的著作权保护工程,平衡相关方面利益,完善邻接权权利范围和保护措施,从而依法保护期刊网络出版者的邻接权.

| Abstract: | The legal characteristics of neighboring fights were premised on our findings; and the neighboring rights and other correlated rights for web publishers were expatiated in this paper. According to all accounts, some measures for protection of copyrights should be deliberatively considered, such as legislation, judicature, law-enforcement, administration, interest balance and so on. Finally, the neighboring rights for web publishers were judicially protected in our country. |
