| 摘 要： | 档案管理软件是高校档案信息化建设不可或缺的现代化工具，其以强大的功能为高校档案信息化建设发挥着重要的作用。但在实际使用过程中，由于软件设计的局限性或者使用者对软件认识不够，不能完全发挥出档案软件的作用。探讨并解决这些问题，是加快高校档案信息化建设步伐的需要，也是档案事业发展的要求。

Explore and solve these problems, is to accelerate the pace of informatization construction of university archives need, also is the requirement of the development of archives. |
