| 摘 要： | 归国留学人员是我党新时期统战工作的重要对象,这是我国人才强国发展战略的必然要求。高校归国留学人员作为"海归"的主体,在我国高等教育事业的发展中发挥着重要的作用。高校归国留学人员统战工作的开展,应牢固树立重要统战对象意识,坚持以人为本,重视环境建设,彰显人文关怀,鼓励其参政议政,充分发挥他们的优势与作用。

| Abstract: | The returned overseas students,who are to be the important united front target,are the necessary requirement for our new times’ talent development strategy.The college returned overseas students,as the main body of these men,are playing an important role in our country’s higher education,even in our socialist modernization.For them,we should firmly realize that they are the important target of united front,and make their advantages and functions playing fully by persisting the people-oriented idea,attempting environment construction,highlighting Humane Care and encouraging them to participate and discuses the affairs. |
