程序化行为对跳远踏板精度影响的实验研究

摘    要:以广州体育学院2009级田径普修班学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查、查阅文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计、实验研究等方法,探讨了不同教学方法对跳远踏板精度的影响.实验结果表明,程序化教学与常规教学均能提高跳远成绩与踏板精度,但程序化教学效果要优于常规教学的效果.

Abstract:The paper takes the Grade 2009 Students in General Track and Field of Guangzhou Sports University as the research object. Through a questionnaire survey, literature review, expert interviews, statistics, experimental research methods and so on , discussing different teaching methods affecting on the pedaling accuracy of the long jump. The experimental results show that both the programmatic teaching and the routine teaching can improve the pedaling accuracy and the results of the long jump, but the effect of programmatic teaching is more better than the routine teaching.
