| Abstract: | There aren＇t well-defined rules about whether the land contractual management right can be inherited or not and there exists a dispute in theory and judicial practice. Based on the rule explanation, it explores the basic properties of land contractual management right. It shows that the right should not be permitted to inherit under these existing conditions. |
