摘    要:随着社会经济的发展和国家教育政策的不断调整,我国的高等教育有了飞速的发展。高校培养的人才要具备良好的素质和技能,要能适应未来社会的发展需要,这就对高校教师提出了新的挑战和要求。高校教师是我国高等教育发展的至关重要的推动力量,肩负着教学和科研的双重任务。对高校教师进行不同形式的继续教育是完全有必要的,借鉴现代社会学的相关理论分析和认识高校教师继续教育的问题并提出一些建设性的措施,应该具有实践意义。

Abstract:With the socio-economic development and national education policy to constantly change and higher education in China has developed rapidly.College-trained people to have good qualities and skills to be able to meet the development needs of the future society,which pairs college teachers presented new challenges and requirements.College teachers are critical to the development of China’s higher education a driving force and shoulder the dual task of teaching and research.The teachers in various forms of continuing education is absolutely necessary,this article analyzes a unique perspective and understanding of university teachers in continuing education issues and put forward some suggestions measures.
