摘    要:在低温下用高氯酸-硝酸混合酸(1 3)消解样品,再用乳化剂OP溶解消解过程中产生的油脂而配制成均匀、透明的样品溶液,建立了非完全消化-火焰原子吸收光谱法快速测定瓜籽中的铁、锰、锌的分析方法.对混合酸及介质的影响、样品处理条件、检出限进行了考察.样品中的共存元素对锰无化学干扰、试液粘度与空白溶液的一致.测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3.8%,加标回收率为98.4%-102.0%.

Abstract:The melon seeds sample was digested in mixed acid of HClO_4-HNO_3 (1+3) under low temperature.The fat produced during the digestion process was dissolved by adding emulsifier OP and giving a homogeneous and transparant solution of sample.A noncomplete digestion-flame atomic absorption spectromery for rapid determination of iron,manganse and zinc in melon seeds have been developed.Effects of mixed acid of HClO_4-HNO_3(1+3) and medium,the pretreatment condition of sample and detection limit were studied. The coexistence elements in the sample have no chemical interference on manganse, viscosity of test solution is identical with its blank solution. The relative standard deviations(n=6) were less than 3.8%.The recoveries were 98.4%-102.0%.
