| 摘 要： | 针对配电网的投资费用低、网损率高和可靠性低这三个最为突出的问题，提出了以配电网改造投资、供电可靠率、网络损耗的综合最优为目标函数的多目标规划。将各种单一目标都归一为经济价值的多目标规划，并且确定了在多目标规划中权重的取值，使该目标函数更具有可操作性。合理地解决了配电网中现存的三大主要突出问题，更好地满足了配电网改造的实际要求。

| Abstract: | This paper brings forth the multiple objective lay-out on the base of the investment, the losses ratio and the reliability, in order to solve the problems of the lower investment, higher losses ratio and the lesser reliability. Through inverting the goal function to economic value, the paper aloof to solve the problem of weight and have a key of the distribution optimization, and study out the three main problems, and is contented to the actual claim in the distribution modification. |
