| 摘 要： | 我国社会主义市场经济是在传统计划经济体制的大背景下搞起来的。中国的社会主义市场绎济发展在走过了理论创立和体制初步建立的艰难历程后，党的十六届三中全会再次作出了完善社会主义市场经济体制的《决定》。新的《决定》又赋予新时代以新内涵、新思路和新突破，为我国的经济发展和社会全面进步注入了强大的动力。

| Abstract: | Our country' s socialist market economy system has been maken under the big underground of our traditional economy system. China's socialist market economy are developing hard from the theory-founding to the original system-founding, the Sixteenth communist Party Third Conference consummated the Decision of our socialist market economy. The new Decision gives the new times new connotation, new thoughts and new breakthrough, adding strong power to the economy development and society advance. |
