| 摘 要： | 核酸疫苗是20世纪90年代初发展起来的一种新型疫苗。虽然目前核酸疫苗的研究还处于试验阶段,却体现出巨大的优越性和应用前景。就核酸疫苗的作用机理、鱼用核酸疫苗的构建、接种的方法和途径、免疫效果以及安全性问题的研究作了概括。

| Abstract: | Nucleic acid vaccine is one new kind of vaccine developed from the 90' s of 20th century. At present, the study on it is still at the primary phases, but this technology shows great advan- tage and has good foreground in application. This paper summarizes the elements of the nucleic acid vaccine, the prepara-tion ,the method and mode of inoculability, the effect of immunity and the securiy of vaccine in fish. |
