镍-磷纳米非晶合金催化剂晶化过程及其C2H4+H2活性

摘    要:利用化学还原法制备了Ni893P10.7非晶态纳米合金催化剂,用电感藕合等离子体光谱法(ICP)、分析电子显微镜(TEM)、X-射线粉末衍射法(XRD)、BET表面积测试及X-光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对新鲜样品及经过热处理后的样品进行表征,并用微型催化反应装置评价其C2H4 H2催化活性,结果表明,非晶态Ni-P纳米合金具有比其晶态更高的催化活性。

Abstract:The nanosized Ni-P Amorphous alloy particles has been prepared by chemical reduction.The fresh and the thermal treatment samples have been determined by inductively coupled plasma(ICP),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and surface area measurements.The catalytic activities of the catalysts in C_2H_4+H_2 were measured by a miniture catalytic reactor.The results indicate that the amorphous Ni-P alloy nanosized particles have higher catalytic activity than that of their crystalline state ones.
