加力火焰稳定器对发动机尾流场影响的数值研究

摘    要:以某涡扇发动机为例建立低压涡轮后发动机部件的几何模型,利用数值模拟的方法对带火焰稳定器和不带火焰稳定器的两种流场模型进行研究。分析计算结果可知:当发动机处于”中间”状态时,两种模型的喷管都处于过度膨胀状态,带火焰稳定器的模型总压损失1.3%,推力减小1.45%;火焰稳定器改善了内流场的温度均匀度,同时也使局部的速度均匀度变差,但喷管出口附近基本一致;火焰稳定器影响掺混效果的主要原因是其增大了内流场中涡的强度及其影响范围。

Abstract:The geometric model of components after low-pressure turbine of an aero-engine was established, and computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation was conducted to investigate flow field with and without flame-holder respectively. Results of simulation show that under maximum thrust mode, nozzles of both models are on over expansion operation, and total pressure losses of the model with flame-holder is 1.3%, thrust losses is 1.45%; in the model with flame-holder the mixing effect of temperature is improved, while the mixing effect of velocity becomes worse; the mechanism for influence of flame-holder on mixing effect is that flame-holder can increase strength and coverage of vortex in interior flow.
