大跨度深水高桩码头纵梁形式优化设计研究

摘    要:本文针对深水高桩码头的纵梁结构形式进行了拓扑优化计算,本文首先进针对在400kN/m均布荷载作用、不同矢跨比条件下行了一系列拓扑优化计算,并对优化计算结果中的小矢跨比模型建立了精细有限元模型进行验证。于此同时,本文还计算了不作加强处理的拱圈荷载响应和仅作简单加强的拱圈荷载响应。计算结果显示,优化计算结果可以更加有效的减小拱式纵梁结构的最大挠度和大主应力值。

Abstract:In this paper, topology optimization calculations carried out for the stringer structure of high-pile wharf in deepwater, a series of topology optimization calculations focused on the different span ratio under the 400kN / m uniformly distributed loads, and established the refined finite element model to validate the optimization results of small span ratio model. At the same time, the paper also calculated the load response of arch without enhancing and the one only briefly strengthened. The results show that: optimization results can be more effectively reduced the maximum deflection and the maximum principal stress values of longitudinal arch structure.
