摘    要:针对航空发动机螺栓连接纵向安装边机匣的结构特点,运用有限元优化设计方法,建立了螺栓连接纵向安装边机匣的有限元计算模型,利用有限元软件进行了应力分析与模态分析,获得了螺栓连接纵向安装边机匣的最大等效应力和前4阶固有频率以及相应的振型,并对纵向安装边的几何参数进行了应力灵敏度分析和动态特性灵敏度分析。在此基础之上,确定了纵向安装边主要设计参数的变化对结构最大等效应力和低阶固有频率的影响规律。通过修改设计参数对螺栓连接纵向安装边机匣结构进行优化,提高了结构强度和动态性能,为螺栓连接带纵向安装边机匣设计提供了依据。

Bolt connection with the longitudinal edge of casing installation Finite element analysis and optimization
Abstract:According to the structure of aircraft engine bolt connection with longitudinal edge casing installation , this paper established the finite element ( FE) model and presented the stress analysis and the modal analysis of the structure of aircraft engine bolt connection with longitudinal edge casing installation by means of FE method. The first the maximum equivalent stress and four natural frequencies and mode shapes of the structure of aircraft engine bolt connection with longitudinal edge casing installation were given. And the sensitivity analysis based on stress and dynamic performance of the geometrical parameter s of the structure of aircraft engine bolt connection with longitudinal edge casing installation was performed. On this basis, Determine the vertical installation of main design parameters of changes on the maximum equivalent stress and the low order natural frequency of structure are studied. By changing the design parameters of bolt connection with longitudinal edge casing installation structure optimization, improve the structure strength and dynamic performance, install machine for bolt connection with longitudinal box provides the basis of design.
