| Abstract: | That the public middle and primary school teachers get their jobs by the engagement system is the general trend. How to protect the legal rights and interests of the teachers to get their jobs under the engagement system requires us to re- recognize the jobs of the teachers and to decide the way of the relief for the teachers. |
