新建本科院校校园文化建设刍议

In this paper, the wrong idea of the campus cultural construction in the newly-upgraded universities and colleges has been analyzed. The idea of regarding educating people as the core of campus cultural construction is proposed. The construction of the campus material culture, science and technology culture, cultural carrier and extension of the campus cultural activity, etc, are the main countermeasures of improving campus cultural construction.
