西藏旅游教育发展及对策研究

2005年西藏自治区国民经济和社会发展统计公报显示,西藏自治区“当年接待国内外旅游者180.06万人次,比上年增长47.2%。其中,接待国内旅游者167.93万人次,比上年增长49.0%;接待海外旅游人数12.13万人次,比上年增长26.6%。全年实现旅游总收入19.35亿元,比上年增长26.3%。实现外汇收入4443万美元,比上年增长21.4%”。与此同时,来藏游客人均为西藏实现旅游收入为1075元。可以说“十五”时期西藏旅游业已进入了一个快速发展的阶段,但也无法否认在青藏铁路,在全面开通的今天,这些数字的发展背后却隐藏着西藏旅游业将进一步面对的现实问题,即旅游人力资源特别是高层次旅游管理人员和外语导游人员的严重不足。为此,文章通过对西藏旅游教育发展的诸多问题分析,提出了西藏旅游教育在“十一五”时期的可持续发展问题。

Study on the Development of the Tibetan Tourism Education

The statistical bulletin of the economic and social development of Tibet Autonomous Region of the year 2005 illustrates that in that year TAR received domestic and foreign tourists 1,800,600,the rate of increment was 47.2% compared with that of the previous year.Of the tourists,1,679,300 are domestic tourists,increased by 49.0%,and 121,300 are foreign tourists,increase by 26.6%.The total income of tourism in that year was 1,935 million Yuan,increase by 26.3% compared with the previous year's.The foreign exchange earnings were 44,430,000 dollars,increased by 21.4%.It is 1075 Yuan that the earnings from each tourist.All these figures illustrates that the Tibetan tourism has been at a fast-developing stage during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period.However,as Qinghai-Tibet railway has started operation now,the figures also indicate the troubles that the Tibetan tourism will have to encounter,such as the acute shortage of the human resources of tourism,especially the sophisticated tourism administrative staff and foreign language tour guides.Hence,the essay carries out analysis to the problems of the development of the Tibetan tourism education,and then proposes the sustainable development of the Tibetan tourism education in the period of the Eleventh Five-Year.
