| 摘 要： | 针对影响机械精度的材料形体因素，对典型件的几何形体参数热膨胀系数同零件体膨胀系数之间的关系进行了理论探讨，推导了一般零几何形体参数热膨胀系数同零件体膨胀系数之间的关系式。试验表明，典型零件的热膨胀值同零件形体参数有着综合相关性。

| Abstract: | This paper demonstrates form influence of coefficient of thermal expansion from theory and experimentation, and explains the existence and influence of part form factor. The paper discusses the connection of part coefficient of geometrical form parameter thermal expansion and coefficient of volume expansion and features some viewpoints about future research and advance. |
