元坝集输系统酸性天然气水合物形成规律研究

摘    要:含硫天然气在集输过程中较不含硫天然气更易出现水合物,水合物的出现将严重影响天然气正常集输,因此水合物形成条件是集输系统方案设计及工艺参数确定的基础信息。本文针对元坝酸性气藏气样组份,通过室内模拟实验,开展了不同气质组分下的水合物形成条件实验,定量化的确定了元坝的水合物形成温度和压力,测定了不同甲醇加量下水合物形成条件变化情况,掌握了元坝酸性天然气水合物形成规律,将为元坝气田酸性集输管网的建设提供基础数据支撑。

Abstract:Comparing to the nature gas,it is easier to find hydrate during the gathering and transporting in sour gas reservoir,which will seriously disturb the normal work,so the hydrate formation conditions become the basic information for the design of gathering and transportation system and the determination of the process parameters. According to different gas components,the laboratory experiment was carried out,then the temperature and pressure of hydrate formation was quantitatively determined and the change of hydrate formation was tested under different amount of methanol. So the regularities of hydrate formation was mastered,which will provide data support for the construction of the sour transportation pipeline for YuanBa gas reservoir.
