| 摘 要： | “物联网”被称为继计算机、互联网之后，世界信息产业的第三次浪潮，物联网的兴起与广泛应用必然对电子政务和政府服务产生深刻的影响。现阶段我国物联网建设已现端倪，将物联网技术应用到电子政务系统中可以提高政府各个核心业务系统的一体化的程度，即电子政务的整体性问题，特别是强调跨部门的核心业务系统的协调。根据现有物联网结构建立一个完整的电子政务物联网三层总体架构，电子政务物联网将推动应急、安全生产领域，水、空气、土地、住房等资源领域、农业和农村领域和智能执法领等域的发展。电子政务在物联网下实现多赢。
