| 摘 要： | 煤矿安全亚文化对矿工的行为具有极大的影响。其成因可以从经济因素、社会因素、文化冲突三个方面进行探讨。风格主要从矿工的风格、矿区的风格、矿区青年的风格三个方面进行分析。煤矿安全亚文化的不良影响。为消解安全亚文化的不良影响,我们应该采取积极的主动的态度对其进行整合。
