| 摘 要： | 通过深入研究高速数据采集技术原理和实现方法，设计了基于FPGA的4路并行数据采集架构，利用低速、低成本的A／D转换器件实现了400MSa／s高速数据采集的目标，研发的数字存储示波卡具有高速、大容量的数据采集和示波等功能。

| Abstract: | The high-speed data acqu isition technology and method are deeply reseacged.The 4-ch annel parallel data acquisition arch itecture is proposed based on VHDL.The low-speed,low-cost analog/digital con version devices are adopted to realized the 400MSa/s high-speed data acquisition.The designe d digital storage oscilloscope card has shown high-speed,large capacity data ac quisition and oscilloscope functions. |
