煤炭类专业大学生的专业思想问题探析

当前，我国处于特殊生产环境的煤炭企业，面临着人才缺乏和人才流失严重的困境，已给煤炭企业的健康发展带来了不利影响。在高校，煤炭类专业大学生对自己所学的专业和今后所从事的职业，也存有这样那样的思想问题，这严重影响着我国煤炭行业现在的发展。本文仅就该问题作初步分析，并试图找出解决该问题的对策。
