试析西部城市的职能分类

采用城市就业人口的统计资料，运用城市经济基础分析、多变量聚类与统计分析相结合的方法，对我国西部9省（市）区36个地级以上的城市进行综合职能分类，共分出5个大类10个亚类。分类结果为认识我国西部地区主要城市的职能结构特点及西部地区城市之间的比较提供参照。是集城市职能分类三要素于一体进行分类的尝试。

Explore the Urban Function Classieication of Wash Chian

Using data of the urban work force structure, combining the multivariate cluster and statistical analysis which stand on the study of the urban economic basic, the authors integrate classify 36 city of west China in terms of the comprehensive urban function, and classify all cities in 5 groups and 10 subgroups. It study work will be voluble in the west areas urban study in practice and in ways. Maybe, it will be a comparis on between the west areas urban study, and it will be a try for using a new method of comprehensive classification of urban function.
