| 摘 要： | 从猴头菌 (H ericunm erinaceus)发酵菌丝中提取胞内水溶性粗多糖 ,经酶法和 Sevag法脱蛋白 ,乙醇分级后得到四个级分 :HPA,HPB,HPC,HPD,其中 HPA和 HPB经检验为均一组分。组成分析表明二者均为葡聚糖

| Abstract: | A water soluble crude polysaccharide existing in the cell has been extracted from the Hericum erinaceus fermentiue mycelia.After the crude polysaccharide had been purified by deproteinization used enzyme method and Sevag method,and ethanol grading,four graded component were obtained,which were HPA,HPB,HPC and HPD.Both HPA and HPB were homopolysaccharide by test.Furthermore,Componential analysis showed that both were polyglucose. |
