Fe-Ni-P合金镀层内应力研究

摘    要:在分析电沉积过程中镀层内应力状态变化的基础上,采用螺旋收缩法,对Fe-Ni-P合金镀层的内应力进行了测试,结果表明在电沉积过程中,平均内应力随着镀层厚度的增加而下降;当产生的拉应力较大时,内应力有在镀层中和基体中相互传递的趋势并在镀层中伴有微裂纹产生,这使得镀层中的部分内应力得以释放.图5,参7.

Abstract:In this paper, based on analyzing the states of internal stress of coatings in electrodeposition process , the internal stress of Fe-Ni-P alloy coatings are measured by spiral contracting method. The results show that the change of internal stress is a complicated process,in which the instantaneous internal stress curve processes high-amplitude fluctuation,whereas the average internal stress curve changes at almost same direction and descends gradually with coating thickness increasing. The Young's modulus of base is an important parameter in the measurement system.It is more difficult to measure the instantaneous internal stress than to measure the average internal stress.The internal stress of coating processes tendency of reciprocal transfer between base and coating.The micro-cracks which release parts of internal stress occur when there is higher pull-stress in coatings.5figs.,7refs.
