摘    要:采用青霉素、硫酸庆大霉素、头孢他啶3种常用抗生素处理海洋微藻,以确定分离、纯化微藻时对藻细胞无害并能抑制伴生杂菌生长的抗生素浓度和培养时间.结果表明:青霉素的性质比较温和,能广泛地用于微藻的除菌;低剂量的硫酸庆大霉素也可起到类似作用;头孢他啶对各种微藻表现出来的作用并不相同,应慎用.对特征点进行方差分析也证实了以上结果,故建议海洋微藻的除菌以加入300 mg/L的青霉素或100 mg/L的硫酸庆大霉素作为一般用藻的除菌,培养6 d继代.

Abstract:The effects of different concentration of three commonly antibiotics, e.g. penicillin, gentamycin sulfate and ceftazidime on the culture of marine-microalgae were studied in this thesis, in order to confirm the subculture time and optimal antibiotic which was harmless to marine-microalgae, at the same time restrained the bacteria incidentally. The results revealed that penicillin had weak inhibition on the three sea microalgae. So it could be widely used to disinfect bacteria due to the character of penicillin being gentle. Gentamycin sulfate played the same role to penicillin with lower concentration. Ceftazidime showed distinct effect to distinct microalgae. It had negative infection to some microalgae. The variance analysis indicated the same results. Therefore the axenic culture of marine-microalgae was suggested to added 300 mg/L penicillinor or 100 mg/L gentamycin sulfate, 6 d subculture.
