恒定应力加速寿命试验数据缺失时的统计分析

摘    要:试验数据缺失是加速寿命中经常遇到的情况,处理起来也较复杂,当产品寿命服从指数分布时,该文研究了恒定应力加速寿命试验中数据缺失时的统计分析方法,讨论了加速模型参数的极大似然估计(MLE)与线性估计(BLUE与ABLUE),证明了极大似然估计的存在性与唯一性,并对各种估计的优良性进行了模拟比较。

Abstract:Compared to type-II censoring, mulityply type-II censoring is a more general, yet mathematical and numerically much more complicated censoring mode. And it may happen frequently in life testing and accelerated life testing due to some difficuties. When product life time follows exponential distribution, this paper discusses statistical analysis methods of multiply type-II censored data which comes from constant stress accelerated life testing. The existance and uniqueness of maximum likelihood estimation are proved and we compared the maximum likelihood estimate and linear estimates by simulation.
