摘 要: | 探索了以生物来源的植酸为磷源,Ca(OH)2为钙源的羟基磷灰石制备路线,发现采用固液混合球磨结合煅烧可成功制得羟基磷灰石.结果表明,最佳煅烧温度为1 100 ℃,球磨时间为2 h,在此条件下制得的羟基磷灰石具有较高的纯度,可替代目前市售产品.

Abstract: | Hydroxyapatite was prepared using biogenic phytic acid as phosphorus precursor and calcium hydroxide as calcium precursor.Hydroxyapatite was prepared by solid-liquid mixed ball milling combined with calcination.Optimum calcination temperature was 1 100 ℃, ball milling time was 2 h.Hydroxyapatite so prepared yielded high purity, and is a potential substitute for existing commercial supplies. |
