摘 要: | 以对乙酰氨基苯酚和三氯硫磷为原料,经过酯化反应、水解反应得到硫代磷酸三(4-氨基苯)酯(TPTA),再以TPTA和马来酸酐为原料,经过酰胺化反应得到硫代磷酸三(4-马来亚酰氨基苯)酯(TPTM),总产率达到76.5%.以红外光谱、质谱及核磁共振谱对各产物的结构进行了表征,结果表明该法成功合成了目标产物.对TPTM紫外光谱进行了初步的研究,发现在204.5nm、280.0nm两处有吸收峰.

Abstract: | Tris (4-aminophenyl)thiophosphate (TPTA) was synthesized from p-acetamindo phenol and phosphorus thiochloride through esterification and hydrolysis. Then Tris(4-maleoylaminophenyl)thiophosphate(TPTM) was synthesized from TPTA and maleic anhydride by amidation with the overall yield of 76.5%. IR, MS and NMR spectra were used to confirm the structure of TPTM and key intermediates. The ultraviolet-visible spectrum of TPTM was studied and there were two absorption peaks at 204.5 nm and 280.0 nm. |
