黄孢原毛平革菌低温产酶条件优化及酶学性质研究

摘    要:以酶活力为评价指标,在10℃对黄孢原毛平革菌产酶条件进行优化,并对其部分酶作用特性进行了研究.结果:该菌在10℃下产LiP、MnP和Lac的最佳碳源是葡萄糖,最佳氮源是牛肉膏,最佳培养时间是72~108 h.LiP、MnP和Lac的最适反应pH范围均为4.4~4.8,最适底物浓度是0.8~1.2 mmol/L;金属离子Cu2+,Ca2+对LiP、MnP和Lac有激活作用.Fe2+对三种酶活有一定的抑制作用;而Na+则完全抑制LiP的活性,Zn2+、Mg2+对三种酶活影响不大.

Research on Phanerochaete Chrysosprium in Low Temperature Conditions Product Enzymes and Identity Study

Abstract:The study enzyme vitality indicators for the evaluation through off enzyme optimization in the 10℃ conditions, and their role identity of enzymes studied. Results: Phanerochaete ehrysosprium off ligninase, manganese peroxidase and Laecase conditions is the best; the best net is glucose (net) ; Beef is the best source of nitrogen ointment; The best time is 72 - 108 hours of training. Ligninase, manganese peroxidase and Laeease are the optimal pH range 4.4 - 4.8, optimal concentrations of chemicals is 0.8 - 1. 2retool/L, Metal ions Cu2 +, Ca2 + to ligninase, manganese peroxidase and Laecase have brought along role, Fe2 + vitality of the three enzymes have certain effect, and Na + the active enzyme is completely curb painting, Zn2 + ,Mg2 + little impact on the vitality of the three enzymes.
