| 摘 要： | 阐述了我国高等学校开设体育舞蹈选项课的必然性与重要性,从开设体育舞蹈选项课的现状、影响体育舞蹈选项课发展的主要因素调查和分析入手,得出学生学习体育舞蹈选项课兴趣浓厚等结论,提出转变观念,实施“一、二年级选项课普及+三、四年级选修课提高+俱乐部锻炼+竞赛激励”课程模式等建议.
