沙绞保健酒的有效成分分析

摘    要:以沙棘、绞股蓝、肉苁蓉、肉桂为原料通过合理生产工艺和最佳配方制得的沙统保健酒,用比色法测得绞股蓝总皂减含量为0.13mg/ml总黄酮含量为0.18mg/ml。用碘量法测得维生素C含量为0.27mg/ml。用改良的连苯三酚自氧化测得超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性为15.04U/ml。

Abstract:This healthy wine was made up of hippophase rhamnoioles L. Gynoslemmepentaphyllum, Boschniaria glabra C. A. Mey and cinnamon (c. cassin. BI) by processing withthe reasonable production techniques and best ingredients. There were 0.13mg/ml. Total saponinand 0.18mg/ml, Total Flavone detectal by cdor method, 0.27mg/ml vitamin c detected byIodimetri method and 15.04U/ml superoxide dismutase(SOD) detected by self-oxidation ofbiphenyl trithenol in the healthy wine.
