| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的发展,在高职教育中加强职业核心能力的培养势在必行。本文从职业核心能力的内涵出发,从人才培养目标、课程体系构建、改革教学内容与教学方法、工学交替的人才培养模式等方面阐述了加强职业核心能力培养的方法与途径。
